INSHORE FISHING

Inshore fishing (‘Back Country’) is an art within itself for experience and beginning anglers. It is an ALL YEAR SPORT. Sheepshead, Redfish, Snook, Seatrout, Spanish Mackerel, Jack Crevalle, Mangrove Snapper are all part of our inshore fishing venues. The months of December, January and February feature some of the finest Sheepshead fishing for inshore venues. All other species remain here and are catchable, so long as Captain Terry is your Cape Coral fishing guide. He has fished the inshore waters of Pine Island Sound for over fifteen years with tremendous results. April through October enhances the fishing action as the game fish begin to reclaim their spring, summer and fall fishing locations due to warmer water temperatures, higher and stronger tides. This is the time when one can enjoy using artificial presentations for more explosive and frequent ‘top’ water strikes from the Snook, Redfish, Seatrout and Tarpon.
